You would be surprised how many people ask me how to approve. The buttons are out of your immediate sight in the corner of the page, not the best spot for important features. If DocuShare insists on putting them there, they should at least have something that makes them stick out.

Since we've started running document approvals through DocuShare and Adobe, we've done away with physical signatures. The link will take you to the approval page where you can download and view the document and either approve or disapprove. Depending on if you think the traveler is good, select your response from the two options in the lower right corner. I assume you're not going to disapprove your own traveler, but if you disapprove something in the future, we normally ask people also leave a comment explaining why so the authors can create a fix.
