I would like a one page report, preferably one that could export to pdf as well.  I would like eventually when a C100R cryomodule is completed / commissioned, to be able to open this report, export the pdf, and save that in DocuShare as the cryomodule's acceptance criteria report.  This would allow the C100R project to meet the Project Execution requirement to include an acceptance criteria report with each delivery.

As a side note, we will hopefully have a similar (but not exactly the same) set of acceptance criteria for a C75 cryomodule issued in the next couple of weeks so we will need a C75 report similar to the C100R style one I requested.

The C100R Acceptance Criteria has been issued. https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-287699/C100R%20Acceptance%20Criteria%202024.pdf I would like to have a Dashboard / Report in Pansophy that shows the values listed in the acceptance criteria document for each cryomodule. I have created a spreadsheet that shows which traveler and data field will need to be incorporated into the report. O:\srfee\Ganey\C100\Project Coordinator\Acceptance Criteria\AcceptCriteria_TravelerList.xlsx (see the Issued tab) As mentioned in the spreadsheet, two travelers would need to be updated to create data fields for the actual leak rate measurement to be recorded, or we could use the checkbox indicating whether the leak check was successful instead. (I think it would be better to update the travelers and start tracking the actual leak rates but there might be other reasons why this is not practical.)
