Hi Christiana,

We received your request as well as one with the same issue from June 26. This issue is on our list but due to a lot of projects ramping up and some programming projects that take priority, this isn't a top priority. I know this is a bit of an inconvenience but since the information you would be looking for is still all in the system, please look at the SN (serial number) search to find the travelers that are opened against a specific cavity. The SN search can be found in two places

  1.
MAIN MENU > PRODUCTION > SERIAL NUMBER SEARCH
  2.
MAIN MENU > DATAMINE > QUERIES > SERIAL NUMBER SEARCH

Sorry for any inconvenience!

Megan
