Sounds good I will check they are in the system.

I am adding some new user groups to the macro so I can go ahead and add those SNs as well.

All the SN fields in the two travelers should be updated to have the dropdown according to Naeem.

So FPPASN, PUPFSN, and PUTSN bearing in mind the foremost of those is used multiple times in both documents.

In order to get a new part SN to show up in the macro I need to touch base with Valerie and the pansophy team to get it added yes?

Good morning Justine,

I will follow up with Mike to see the acronym has been created. To confirm you are looking for FPPASN?

Once it has been verified, we can update the file.

I am not sure if Naeem showed you how to get the dropdowns for future travelers. If you need to get this for other travelers in the pansophy tab there is a section called part sns (Attached below).

Good morning,

Naeem was hoping the travelers would have dropdown SN's instead of the generic SN fields that I used on the EIC FPPA travelers. See below. I believe he's already touched base with inventory to get the piece-parts for the field probe port into PRIMes so dropdowns can be made but let me know if there's something I can do to help.

Hi Justine,

Something I missed in the coding. To create the dropdown list, the line is meant to read:

[[FPPASN]] <<FPPASN>>

An example from another traveler is below.

Please get in touch with the Pansophy group to fix the code. They should be able to do it without revising the traveler. This will be the case wherever a serial number is called out.

Thanks,
Naeem
