Allen these are the Change needed, Step 1. The Girder SN = Tunnel Location.
Step 2. We will list Style of Girder with Component acronyms.
Step 4. after TEDF (add) Highbay RM# 1604 RCA; (add) If not taken to TEDF at initial Radiation Survey; before transport must contact Radiation Control Group and inform them of transfer to RCA.
Step 5. Disassembly of Girder will be done in TEDF Highbay Rm#1604 RCA; once Girder disassemble, Call Radiation Control Group 7578761743 for need of Radiation Survey of Components being re-used and then inform RCG of transfer of Component to Groups doing further testing of Components.
COMPONENT Removal and Ram tagging List = Pump drop, IPM Chamber (Beam Position Monitor), Gate Valve, ITV (Beam Viewer).
Step 5 change to Step 6.
Step 6. Change BPM to IPM (and after IPM add) take IPM to Test Table in TEDF RM# 1551
Remove Step 7  (originally Step 6) this will need to be added to Cleanroom Girder Build Traveller and it should also read as: Contact Anthoney Delacruz  (x7029 / delacruz at jlab.org) or Keith Cole (x5920 / colek at jlab.org) - EESICS for r-installment of ITV into Girder Beamline.
