Hey,

I rejected the procedure ER5C-PR-CMA-VRFTM-RWRK - Tony and I don't need to be reviewers, its on the template for QMS Procedures (SRF-07-FM-002 Procedure Template), it should be on SRF-07-FM-003 Word Document Template<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-50087> (this is not clear in Valerie's folders and I am having her make some changes so it's more obvious which template to use).

The work flow section isn't needed, so you can keep it if you like it or remove it. It's fine to use this template, but reviewers should be changed.  See Project Execution section 5.4.4.2 for who should approve.  Should be author, SME, and WCL or Group Lead.

Also cc'd Matt Weaks to let him know to add this new procedure to his WCD Register for ER5C.
