That's correct. I'll leave whether they're necessary or not to you and the other approvers, but they are sequential right now. As for the other FAB travelers, I can't speak to them specifically but we don't change the names of fields after a traveler goes in because all that does is make it so two different fields collect the same data; an issue even more confusing in datamining than sequential fieldnames. This wasn't as stringent back in the day as it is now, but we are making ease of datamining a priority for people.

Also one thing that I forgot to mention last night, the first page of a traveler needs a part SN, a user group, a comment, and a timestamp field. The next page does have these, so the easiest solution might be to delete the page break between the two pages and combine the tables. If there's something else you all would like to do though, be my guest.

A question about what you said about sequential fieldnames; do you mean the numbers on these?

They don't need to be there for a number of steps on this particular traveler but, in general, these are used extensively on FAB travelers. Jacques is basing this on FAB travelers that are currently in Pansophy.

I'm sending this document back for review because I had to do some work on it. The images were messing with the cells, and the squares surrounding certain parts weren't part of the picture. I think I did a good job of resizing the pictures and combining the squares, but if I got anything wrong, I'd recommend using microsoft powerpoint to get it right and then screenshotting using the snipping tool.
There's also an issue with several of the fieldnames. We don't use sequential fieldnames for travelers, unless the sequence is within the same step. Please update the sequential fields to be more descriptive.
