[Pansophy] Adding DocuShare User

Good morning,

I am working on adding a new employee to DocuShare and I'm a bit unsure the process. It's been a bit since I last added a user since for a while I didn't have permission. I think I've found a location, but it does not seem to be the right location. As seen in the screenshot below, it seems to be wanting me to create their username and password, which I'm fairly certain I did not have to do the last time I added a new user. Is this the right location<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/AddUser>, or do I need to go somewhere else to add this new user?
