Thanks for the reminder, Eduard. I just double checked, and both travelers on my end that I'll be using to upload to pansophy have been fixed. It's not reflected in docushare, but will be when it gets to pansophy.

Hi Allen,
I approved the End Group 2 traveler but not the End Group 1. I am not sure if my comment submission went through with it or not but the D3 section email for O’Brien was wrong on this one still (my original mistake).
Thank you,
Eduard

Eduard,
Generally it is good practice for all approvers to review the documents. We try to encourage people to not simply hit approve without looking, as they are part of the review process and making sure that the document is as good as it can be.
To answer your question, this version has no changes to it. However, upon reviewing the second document I realized that there were spelling mistakes in the Jlab usernames listed in the NCR and D3 lists for both travelers. I have fixed them in this traveler, and the final version put into pansophy will reflect the revision. Just another example of why it is important to have multiple pairs of eyes reviewing a document, so that things like this are caught. I will be sure to fix the NCR and D3 emails in the second traveler before putting it out.
Allen

Allen,
Do I just approve this or were there changes made to the traveler that I need to take a look at first?
Thank you,
Eduard
