[Pansophy] Open Travelers

Hi Kirk,

I was pulling reports and realized we have historical open traveler data through one of the QC reports.

QC Reports -> Travelers Reports -> Travelers by Prj Op/Cl

The only issue is that you have to pull each project individually, but I pulled them from 2023 (Nb3Sn has an error after March, but I had 5 open before and after the missing data so just assumed it was level)

The only issue is that is doesn't quite match your reporting, I have a major discrepancy in March, I find it hard to believe that we closed that many Travelers. I cc'd the Pansophy team to see what they think.
