Okay thanks. I just wanted to be sure that this was being taken care of. I've made the changes, and will be routing for approval shortly.

Hi Allen,

Yes, the procedure can be updated to the new one.

The NCR/D3 names are changing as Scott left the lab. The names are updated in my latest WCD which I put in the new template, but this hasn't been uploaded to Docushare yet as Tiffany is reviewing it.

Thanks,
Naeem

Naeem,

I was looking over AUPPS-PROC-CRMC-INSP-R2, and had a question regarding the references. I see there is a CP-AUP-CAV-CHEM-DEGR<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-260913/CP-AUP-CAV-CHEM-DEGR-R2(2).pdf> listed, which appears to be an older procedure. We do have an AUPPS-PR-CHEM-CAV-DEGR-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-279222/AUPPS-PR-CHEM-CAV-DEGR-R1.pdf> in docushare, would it be acceptable to swap this procedure out?

I also noticed that the approval and NCR/D3 names are getting changed. As these are supposed to match between the travelers and the project WCD, I wanted to bring them to your attention and make sure they will be matching.

Thank you for your time,

Allen Samuels
