[Pansophy] C100R QCReports

Hello - it appears that the counting of open NCRs for the C100R project has discrepancies depending on how I look for the list.

If I look at the Project Overview, it indicates there are only 2 open NCRs (both for VTRFs):

If I look at the C100R NCR Report, it shows only 1 open NCR (for a VTRF traveler):
[cid:image004.jpg at 01DA630B.0D14ADA0]

If I look at the C100R Traveler Op/Cl report and filter to the C100R-NCR traveler, it shows that there are 3 open NCRs (all for VTRF):
[cid:image005.png at 01DA630A.960BA7E0]

If I look in the Travelers section for C100R-NCRs that show as open in the drop down, I count 3 open NCRs:
[cid:image008.png at 01DA630B.0D14ADA0]
