Megan,
So, It looks like Fischer is responsible for most of this travelers.
1. I think there should be an INV traveler.
2. A CMA traveler for the "checks"
3. A CLDSHK traveler for the VTA group. (generic COMP?)
How does that sound? And can you break apart?
Valerie

Hey Val,
1. As you mentioned the cold shock is done in the VTA, we handle the leak checks and electrical checks
2. Sounds like it needs to be broken apart if your ISO plan/other says so. I have never been on board with separating them by work center but deal with it. My understanding was, it was done because people couldn't walk across the aisle way and ask the next WC to do work.
3. As you said
4. Agreed if the above sticks
5. They are used on every JLAB CM type we have.
I may have written the original traveler in 2010 but things have changed since then. Not really sure why these ?s are directed towards me, I don't mind but I thought Liang was the driver now. Happy to help where I can.

Importance: High
Good Morning John!
There has been a debate going on for a month with Liang, Tiffany, Ashley, Megan, and myself about the C100R-CMA-FT08P-INSP-R1 traveler.
Can you shed some light on this?
I am sending the version with questions from me and comments from Tiffany.
1. Do you do all this work and are you responsible for the data being filled out and movement of the parts, etc??
2. If everything is done in the CMA area, then I can agree to a single traveler, BUT if this moves between work centers I will require it to be broken apart.
3. I do believe the Cold Shock is done in the VTA ( a separate WCA) and should have its own traveler. One could be created for any component needing cold shocked.
4. Also, just because no INV traveler currently exists doesn't mean there doesn't need to be one. Most components for C100R are not purchased.
5. I have heard these parts could be used on both C100R and ER5C Cryomodules. If this is true, then 2 travelers will need to be generated and the parts will need to be assigned to 1 specific project.
Please let me know if you want to chat about this. I know these will be arriving soon.
