[Pansophy] Problems with adding name

It's because he already has an account - for some reason it won't tell you that. Happens to me often.

Good morning,

I am trying to add Robert Mares to docushare, but whenever I go to do so, I get no results to add him. I was able to add another name, so I know that the system is working, and I don't see any extra spaces or anything. Is this something you could help me with?
