John,
Forgive me, but I'm still not understanding the purpose of the initials. First, if these are becoming output files then they really need to be forms and not procedures. Second, if the documents aren't being uploaded, then what is the purpose of the initials?

Allen,
I will add them to the approvals bin today. Please proceed with all of them. The output data file for the one in question does not include the initialed steps. That is for the alignment group specifically. We do not upload it.

John,
I have reviewed the procedures and made my updates. Please review them and upload to ready for approvals when you are ready to send them out.
I did have a question regarding the L2HE Cryomodule VV Alignment Procedure (now called L2HE-PR-CMA-CM-ALIGN). I feel like the initializing steps when complete is a bit out of the bounds of a procedure and would be better served in a traveler. Could you remind me please which traveler these procedures are going to be referenced in? It might be better to have the checklist in there. If that is not an option, we have an upload area for the document. I'd also ask if we should consider making this a form instead. What are your thoughts?

Allen,
You saw these earlier. The Alignment Group has proofed them and they are ready for the approval process. Both Steve Hardisty and Robert Mares will need approval privileges. The docs will need the proper identifying acronym. Let me know if there is anything else to do.
Thanks,
JF
