Matt (et al),

We, the software group, do not have an approved version of the ER5C WCD Register.
There are many ER5C travelers that are in the approval/processing stages currently.
I have asked Allen NOT to process these travelers until we have agreement on the names within the WCD Register.

Please update the WCDRegister with appropriate names.
Then submit the register for Approval.
Afterwards we will process the ER5C travelers as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your help.
And let us know if you need help from us.

Hi Christiana & Ashley,

I've attached the current status of the WCD register, as you noted are quite a few with outdated names. I've gone through and marked the changes that I know of now, but work continues to identify appropriate names for many of them.

To answer your question about the current traveler, you can list yourself as the Author, and Justin Kent as SME. I would suggest putting Kirk as the Work Center Lead, and Tony as Project Representative.

Let me know if there are any questions or concerns,
-Matt

Christiana,

Valerie and Tony have been working on better defining who should be on documents as author/reviewer/NCR/D3, etc. She made the attached template for a register, but the last "instructions" tab is the current list of who should be on each document. This is a draft about to be released, so should help guide you in the updates.

Matt is cc'd because he is the ER5C Project Coordinator and is working on updating the WCD register which also contains a forward looking list of names of people. So it would say who should own Scott and Kurt's documents now and that Alex is probably now where my name was on many chem docs. I don't know how far along he is with the register, please work with him to align the names on the documents you are revising.

Reach out if you need more help, I wanted to make sure you're working with the right people to avoid rejections when you submit for approvals.

Thanks,
- Ashley

Subject: ER5C/C75 traveler wuestions

Hi Valerie,

I have been tasked with updating the links to the C75 travelrs. I have noticed that many of the reviewers no longer work at the lab. Is there a document that lists who is the person designated to review and sign the traveler? If so, is the document up to date?

Attached is a traveler that has brought up a few questions. Note that K. Macha is the project engineer. Who do I replace Kurt with? Also, Pete Kushnick is the author. How do we manage authors and reviewers that are no longer with the lab?

Also, can you determine if the document is using the correct template?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Christiana
