[Pansophy] Mircea - ER5C-VAT-CPR-VTRF traveler has no more Submit button... instead has CLOSED PROJECT

WAS able to open and feed data in traveler 5C75-RI-031 this morning between 11:15 and 12:15. After that, instead of Submit button, CLOSED project is displayed. See attached screen copy.

Something is out of order... and I have a second cavity ready for testing this afternoon.
