Ashley,
Now that we seem to have gotten most of the required data, what’s your suggested path forward?
Should someone from Pansophy create VTRF travelers for all with a “FNAL test” label and add all the data?
Best,
John V

John,
See attached. I found that 090 has 4 VTS test reports, they are all attached FYI.
Best,
Gary

Thanks!
Could you get the same for 050 and 102?

Yes I have access to Vector. In Vector, each L2HE cavity has 6 travelers. I think we care most about the last one, 464504 - LCLS-II HE 1.3 GHz Nine Cell Dressed and Undressed Cavity 2K VTS Testing. I have printed the 464504 travelers for the three cavities, CAVR0090, 0115 & 0137, see attached.
There is a spreadsheet for all cavities, it is attached as well.

I don’t still have access. If Gary doesn’t, you might check with Peter when he returns.

Someone with Vector access could pull that.
@Gary Cheng<mailto:cheng at jlab.org>, @Tiffany Ganey<mailto:ganey at jlab.org> Do you still have access to Fermi’s system and could pull the latest test traveler for CAVR050 and -102?
Cheers,

John,
Is there a way to get the VTA data of those cavities from FNAL? That way we could input it into a Traveler with a note that it was tested at Fermi instead of in-house, but then the data would link nicely for reports and pulling it for the big spreadsheet we have to deliver at the end too.

Dear Pansophy-heroes,
I was informed that we had some probs with the last three qualified cavities Fermi sent us for J25 – HE-CAVR090, -115, -137 – i.e. issues with the drill downs.
We are expecting two more qualified cavities – HE-CAVR050 and -102 – from Fermi for our next string. Hence, I wanted to give you a heads-up. I’m planning to request an RF incoming and CMM inspection of the two, but we won’t need any vertical testing etc..
As of now, we are only planning to use one of the two cavities and there is a good chance we’ll send the other one back once J31 is completed. So far, I can’t tell you which one.
Hope this helps preparing the system!
Best,
John V
