[Pansophy] Chemistry Spreadsheets / Logs - Need Information

Hi Valerie,
We don't use spreadsheets for this drop off work but we do have forms that allow people to fill out the type of work they need done, the type of materials of the parts needing attention, and if a traveler needs to be filled out for the work preformed. These forms are used as reference only for the technicians and are not uploaded into any chemistry group section in Docushare. The work center schedule is what we use as the final definitive plan for daily work. We add the items that are dropped off to the the work center schedule at our daily 3:30 meeting.  I'm attaching a copy of this form. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Alex,

As part of the Chemistry Service Request system I am trying to look towards the ADMIN section.

While talking with Tony I was told that the Chemistry group keeps multiple spreadsheets (?) for the "drop-off" work that you do.

So, I have a few questions:

  1.
May I have a copy of the spreadsheets and/or the location that these records are kept / uploaded to?
  2.
What traveler(s) are used, if any, for this drop off work?
  3.
Is all information needed kept in the spreadsheets or are there additional places these records are kept for work completed?

We will get back with you when we have an outline in place for the service system.
