We’ve done some digging and came up with the titles of who should be on this procedure. I’ve attached a screenshot for your convenience. Let me know who should go where, and I’ll edit and reroute the procedure.

Tony and I don't need to be reviewers, this is the template for QMS Procedures, not projects (not clear in our folders, this is something we'll change to make clearer). It's fine to use, but reviewers should be changed.  See Project Execution section 5.4.4.2 for who should approve.  Should be author, SME, and WCL or Group Lead.  Also let Matt Weaks know to add this to his WCD Register for ER5C.  Thanks.
