[Pansophy] Traveler disapproval

Hi Greg,

WMGRDR-CEBAF-GRDR-INST-R1 had to be renamed to SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST-R1. It updates the name to the new naming convention.

In step three it says, 'Use vacuum group installation procedures and daily checklist for installation.' I am thinking that the daily check list and procedure WMGRDR-PR-CLNRM-GRDR-ASSY-R1 would be the correct references for this step. Can you send me the checklist to attach to the reference list for this traveler?

In step seven it says, 'Use vacuum group disconnect procedure. For removal of vacuum pump from girder.' For this step I am thinking the CP-WMGRDR-VAC-IPON-R1 would be correct.

Can you verify these are the correct procedures and send me the checklist so I can update the references for the traveler.

Hi all,



One traveler for warm girder SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST was disapproved.



The reason we were given was it references a checklist and procedure in step 3 but there are no links to these forms. Step 7 is also missing a procedure.



Can you send me these forms? I can update the traveler and we can restart the approval process.
