[Pansophy] New Pansophy Accounts

Hi Valerie,

This portion of the project is for building a cavity, so there aren't really any TRs. I'm not sure what to call them. Regardless, they wouldn't have components which they are in charge of purchasing as with a cryomodule. Katherine's input would be relevant to other areas of the project.

I will get on preparing the other documents. In the future, please let me know when my requests are on hold, so I can address them sooner instead of losing time.

Good Morning Naeem!

I am waiting on the project documentation from you and TR information from Katherine.

The QMS processes require several documents at the start of a project.
This included the WCD Register which lists what Travelers and Procedures are being generated and by whom.
This WCD Register is then sent for approvals to all Group/Work Center Leads for validation and consensus.

Once completed, then users can be given EIC Pansophy access and DocuShare access.

I submitted pansophy account requests for the people below. Allen informed me that the accounts are still on hold, and they haven't been able to access any of the training material. Is there something holding up the accounts?
