What is a desktop instruction? Is it a work document or an application that has instructions? Allen Samuels can update all CP-XXX documents to the procedure template then sent back for review before processing.

An Application?

A Word Doc?



And all CP-XXX documents can be sent to Allen for conversion to the Procedure Template. Then Greg or Roger can vet the procedure and we can send for approvals and processing.

Hi Matt,  we use 1st  CP-WMGRDR-VAC-CCERT, 2nd we use a Dest Top Instruction: Re-Assembly of Girder into Accelerator (I need to get this into a Document/Procedure format); 3rd once the Girder is reconnected then we use CP-WMGRDR-VAC-PMPDWN; 4th Dest Top Instruction: SAES NEG Activation Process using CapaciTorr HV 200 Power Supply (I need to get this into a Document/Procedure format), 5th CP-WMGRD-VAC-IPON; 6th CP-WMGRDR-VAC-RMVL. Who do I talk to, to turn Desktop Instruction into SRF Document/Procedure.

Hi Greg,



WMGRDR-CEBAF-GRDR-INST-R1 had to be renamed to SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST-R1. It updates the name to the new naming convention.



In step three it says, 'Use vacuum group installation procedures and daily checklist for installation.' I am thinking that the daily check list and procedure WMGRDR-PR-CLNRM-GRDR-ASSY-R1 would be the correct references for this step. Can you send me the checklist to attach to the reference list for this traveler?



In step seven it says, 'Use vacuum group disconnect procedure. For removal of vacuum pump from girder.' For this step I am thinking the CP-WMGRDR-VAC-IPON-R1 would be correct.



Can you verify these are the correct procedures and send me the checklist so I can update the references for the traveler.

Hi all,



One traveler for warm girder SRFOPS-ACC-WMGRDR-INST was disapproved.



The reason we were given was it references a checklist and procedure in step 3 but there are no links to these forms. Step 7 is also missing a procedure.



Can you send me these forms? I can update the traveler and we can restart the approval process.
