[Pansophy] Procedure doesn't need my approval

Hi Greg,
Apologies for the confusion, the template you used has the Quality Management approvers pre-written in, but Tony and I don't need to approve this document.  I think it should be Document Owner, Subject Matter Expert/Work Center Lead, and Group Lead, but I'm not 100% what type of procedure this is, I think its a master procedure not related to a particular project. This may change the naming.  I've included Pansophy team, so Valerie or someone from that team should be able to help with the naming.
You can also remove the sentence in the Purpose about it supporting the QMS as described in the manual.

Notes from my Docushare rejection:
This is not a QMS procedure, it is maybe a SRF Programmatic Control and Master Document level procedure? I'm not sure, but Tony and I do not need to sign this. The approvers list is in the Doc Management Procedure linked below, but I pulled the procedure list out here:
I'm working with Valerie on getting the QMS procedures moved away from the areas where the traveler and procedure templates are commonly stored and getting a non-QMS template released so this doesn't keep happening.
