I’ve gone through the procedure and mostly finished my revisions. It’s now titled SRFOPS-PR-ACC-NEG-PREP-R1. It still needs one more reviewer, another SME or WCL.



One other thing besides general review, is section 4: Roles and Responsibilities. The items currently listed are not roles. I’m not completely sure what they are, possibly references? If you know, please let me know and we can figure out what to do with them. In their place, any roles and responsibilities within the procedure need to be listed in this area.

Allen,it is not a typo, it is the Type of NEG (Non Evaporative Getter). and Yes to Linac, it will be use in the Accelerator on Linac Girder NEG's

I’m working on the other procedure that Matt Menia sent to me with your name on it, the “SAES NEG Activation Process using CapaciTorr HV 200 PS + VIP Starting” procedure. I notice that one of the words is spelled CapaciTorr. Normally I’d think that’s a typo of capacitor, but it keeps getting repeated throughout the traveler. Is this a typo, or the correct spelling of the part?

I also wanted to confirm that Linac is spelled like that, with only the L capitalized.

Lastly, I need to create a document ID for this procedure. Could you tell me the Work Center Area (WCA) this procedure is taking place in?
