Please be sure that you log out of Pansophy and Back in so that the cache is refreshed.
Then go to ER5C-INSP-ENDD

When you hove over the 11151-C-0219
you should see https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/documents/versions/184752/download at the bottom of the screen.
When you select you should be able to get to the file.
Please let me know if you still are having issues. I would like to make sure we are linking drawings correctly.

Hi Valerie



I longed into the documents repository , then clicked on the link provided by Matt – it redirected me to Docushare , where I got the same access denied message



I actually needed this as I was needing a picture of an end dish to send to Aileen for our CMM Video , in the end I was able to get a photo of the end dish from an old slide , however it would be helpful to know how to access the drawings that are in the traveler in future

I talked with Valerie and drawings are now being linked to JLAB’s document control group.  I have updated the link in the traveler.
