I see. Since that traveler is live in pansophy, we will have to put out a new revision. What traveler is this going into again? I’m not seeing it in the email chain.

Allen,
No, I am talking about L2HE-PR-INSP-FPCC. Naeem should have contacted you about this. The updated procedure needs to be linked from the traveler so that we can continue string prep, this is holding up production.

Since we don’t have any L2HE procedures out right now I assume you mean procedure, right Adam? And the L2HE-PR-ASSY-FPCW-R2? If so, I will need John Fischer to approve the procedure. All 3 L2HE procedures currently out for approval are waiting on him to sign. Once he approves, I can process and put into DocuShare. Any help you can offer on that front would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Adam,
I can see that L2HE-PR-INSP-FPCC-R9 is in the approved procedures folder in DocuShare, is this what they’re referring to? Here’s the revision summary:

It was approved on 5/9.
Thanks,

Naeem, Michelle,
Was there also an update for FPCC in route as well? I am being told that the cleanroom is waiting for an update before finishing inspections needed for J30. This has to do with the galled threads on the one FPC mounting bolt.

Hi Allen,
I gave Michelle incorrect information, there is a L2HE-PR-INSP-FPCW. It also needs to be brought into the new format. I'll upload it shortly
Thanks,
Naeem

Ok, thanks for the update. I’ll keep Naeem as the author and remove the vestigial procedure. Thank you for clarifying.

Hi Allen,
I removed the section 5 with the process flow, and in doing so the next section became the new section 5. Sorry for the confusion.
I don’t think I should be replaced as the new author, I’m only making a small revision. There is no L2HE-PR-INSP-FPCW procedure as the ASSY procedure also covers the inspection.
Thanks,
Michelle

Michelle,
Out of curiosity, what section 5 did you remove? I’m looking at the version you have attached to this email, and I’m not seeing the change.
Two other questions I have. One, since you appear to be the author of this procedure should I replace Naeem’s name in the approvals with yours? Two, are we expecting a L2HE-PR-INSP-FPCW procedure any time soon, or could that reference be removed until it is ready?

Hi Allen,
Thank you for updating to the latest template. I deleted Section 5, I don’t think it’s necessary.
The other version I uploaded was just to fix the revision number.
Thanks again for your help,
Michelle

Michelle,
I’ve been reviewing your L2HE-PR-ASSY-FPCW-R2 Procedure today. It was in the old procedure template, so I took the liberty of updating it to the latest template, highlighting anything I wasn’t sure about. In Section 5 there’s an area called process flow; if it isn’t needed for your procedure then it can be deleted.
As I finished, I noticed that you put out another version. Were there any major changes, or was it just to fix the revision number from an R1 to an R2?
If everything looks good on your end, then let me know and we can send it out for approvals. If any changes need to be made, please put the revised version into ready for approvals again when you’re done. If you have any questions about what I did or the new procedure template, please don’t hesitate to contact Pansophy?
Allen
