[Pansophy] FPCC Procedure and Traveler

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to start a new email thread with the correct subject.

The R7 of the traveler is waiting on Kirk's signature; I'll send him a reminder. The version currently in Pansophy is R6, which still links to the old procedure. Once R7 is online, the correct procedure will be referenced. This should solve the issue.

After Kirk signs, it would be good if the traveler could be put online quickly as it will allow string work to progress.
