I have reviewed the procedure and math formula embedded in the spreadsheet. Such dummy attenuator replacement technique can precisely calculate the input or output antenna's external Q if other one is known without a VNA calibration. Application limitation is the cavity unloaded Q0 (to be measured) must be much smaller than the calculated Qext including the known Qext in the input. I can approve this method and its calculation formula.
