[Pansophy] Remote Desktop Webcam Not connecting

Hello,

My name is Gabriel Vega Osborne. I am a summer student here at JLab. The webcam I was provided is having difficulty being accessed in remote desktop. I've enabled it with remote desktop settings and it is recognized as an videoinput#1, however it can't be used in testing or on Teams. Any help your team could provide would be invaluable.
