Which NCR are you trying to disposition? You were added to disposition NCRs opened on R6 of the FPCC-INSP traveler. If the NCR you are drying to disposition is on a previous rev, I will have to add you there as well.

You should be able to disposition NCRs for that traveler going forward. Please check this at your earliest convenience and let me know if everything works alright.
Also, since you're having trouble with the service request, I'd like to go over it with you to make sure everything is alright and there's not an issue we need to correct with the service. Is there some time that we could meet for that? It should hopefully be a short meeting, just a couple of minutes.

I tried filling out a Pansophy service request but I don't think it went through.  I need to be added to traveler L2HE-CLNRM-FPCC-INSP NCR dispositioners, I thought I was already added but I just tried to disposition NCR 562 and it said I don't have permission.
