[Pansophy] Traveler reference document update 0 L2HE-INSP-CAV

Hi Valerie,
I'm fine with adding this change from John. I do have some questions about the measurement mentioned in slide 4. We currently don't record this measurement in the He cavity inspection traveler. Would I need to revise the traveler to add this (measured value <<FLOAT>>). Also, would this be reference only on generate NCR if out of tolerance?
Thank you,
Aaron

Aaron / Earl,
We just received this request from John V.
I want to make sure you know about this change as Aaron is the author of this traveler.
Please let us know if this is an acceptable change to the traveler.
