[Pansophy] C100R-ACC-CM-INST and C100R-ACC-CM-COMM

Good morning,

We noticed that two of the C100R travelers were still in the old naming convention; C100R-CM-INST and C100R-CM-COMM. They have been renamed to C100R-ACC-CM-INST and C100R-ACC-CM-COMM respectfully, updated to the current template, and uploaded to pansophy.
As we moved the data over from the old travelers, we noticed that the C100R-CM-INST traveler had no data in it. Since this traveler was originally created several years ago, we were a bit confused and wanted to ask about it. Was there something wrong with the traveler, did people not know it was in pansophy, or was there something else going on that needs to be addressed?
