Adam,
I have added the open/close status to the D3 email. The NCR email already has this functionality and I looked through each page to see what it emails and it already contains a lot of information, including if it was closed with a final disposition, and we do still want the engineers responsible for responding and knowing about the NCR to go in and take a look at all the details within the NCR.
The information already included in NCR emails
Page 1 Submit/Instantiation
SN, SNType, Drawing num, part desc, trav id, trav rev, rev seq num, describe staff, describe date and describe comment
Page 2 Submit
page 1 information and responding engr, date, disposition and disposition comment
Page 3 Submit
Page 1 and 2 information and any rework data
Page 4 Submit
Page 1, 2 and 3 information and final engr, date and disposition, including close status
Megan

Subject: [Pansophy] Pansophy Request Completion:
Hello ADAMG
Your request has been completed.
Request Type: General Request
Request ID: 449
Priority Level: 2
Request Notes: When Pansophy sends an automatic email for updates to NCRs and D3s, it would be great if it showed the latest update, or all the fields so the file wouldn't need to be opened to see the update. For example, I just got a D3 update, opened it and then found it was closed. One less step if it just says that in the email. I am sure many would appreciate this sort of improvement. Thanks,

Completion Notes:
Have a great day.
