[Pansophy] E-sign issues

Allen,
I don't think most people have the Adobe app so they’re just signing from email.

I don’t know if you can change the sequence mid-sign, but maybe in the doc settings. You don’t have to do that if it’s not working out for you. I just like it so I can control that others see it and can reject it before it gets to Tony.

Thanks Ashley. Long story short people weren’t signing because they thought the emails were scams. I just sent out an email detailing the steps to check in the adobe app what has been sent to them. It’s basically the same thing as what you sent, except with no pictures.

It also seems that people are confused by the sequential nature adobe esign has by default, as opposed to docushare sending approvals to everyone all at once. I might wind up changing that around. Do you know if you can change it to send the document to everyone all at once by default? That way if we chose to change it, I don’t have to make sure it gets changed from sequential approvals with every single document.

Allen

Hi Allen,

I heard there were some issues with e-sign and just wanted to touch base and see if you needed any help. From what I've heard, here's some quick tips that might help make it easy on you/others who can't find these documents:

In the InProgress area you can see incomplete routing docs.

>From there, there is the "Reminders" area where you see what's happened and can re-send requests to sign.
