[Pansophy] CAF Due dates and Expiration Dates

John,

It has come to my attention that the VTA RWP Briefing 2024 CAFs have a discrepancy between the due date and the expiration date. The due date is listed as February 16th 2024, but the expiration date is January 30th 2024. I believe these documents need to be revised to have different dates. What dates should be used instead?
