I'm not seeing the document anywhere; not in the QMS ready for approvals folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57464>, or the SRF-09-PR-002 In Progress Folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-51044> (which isn't where it should be put, but could have been put there by accident). The most recent I can find is the R2 version<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-244462/SRF-09-PR-002%20Serialization.pdf>. Can you think of somewhere else he might have put it?

Hi,

I'm trying to track down the QMS Inventory Procedure, SRF-09-PR-002 Serialization, Rev 3. Phil said he revised it and I thought he put it in a ready for approvals folder, but I can't find it anywhere.  This document was to be revised to close CAPA-055.  Phil is out this week, so it may be that he still needs to upload it for routing.
