[Pansophy] New QMS Project - AUPCAV

Hello Process Owners & Pansophy Team,

We have a new QMS (SRF Ops' Quality Management System) Project beginning, AUPCAV.  This project will involve receiving dressed RFD crab cavities from industry, testing then tanking then testing again with an anticipated high rework rate. Qualified cavities will be shipped to the customer.  Per Tony, this is a separate project from the AUPPS Project and AUP (prototype/closed project).    Naeem is the Project Coordinator.

Please work with Tiffany in Project Execution, Valerie in Documents and Records Management, Larry in Calibration, Phil in Inventory & Traceability and other Process Owners as necessary to get your project started.  Please provide us a timeline of major milestones for the project so we can work with you to ensure all QMS requirements and documents are available in time for the work to not be impacted.

This is one of our first projects to begin after our ISO certification, so it is important that we follow our QMS processes and procedures as this project will very likely be scrutinized by auditors.
