I downloaded the R3 version from Docushare and added my changes to that version.  Uploaded as R4.

If it was the R2, then this is missing the updates made to the R3 currently live in pansophy, and will have to be remade using the correct version. I was going over this traveler when I noticed we already have a L2HE-LERF-CM-ACTS-R3 in pansophy. If this is a new revision that still needs to go in, we’ll need to update the revision number and note. If you can tell me what changes were made to this traveler, I can add the note myself.
