Authors usually submit new revisions unless we know someone is "ghost writing" for that work center by their consent.

The approval, NCR, and D3 names should match the names in the project WCD. I'm taking a look at them now, but in the future you can find the WCD in the Process Documents/Travelers folder of a project. https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-51708
