[Pansophy] Clarrification on reopening SNSPPU-NCR #676 per Service Request #472 by Naeem

Ashley,

Naeem has requested an SNSPPU-NCR #676 be reopened.
This was closed by Gary Cheng and Naeem is not a dispositioner.
The NCR is against SNSPPU-CMA-CM-ASSY #9 initiated by Fischer.

Has this been discussed and agreed upon?
If yes, then I can do today.
