[Pansophy] Clarification for reopening L2HE-NCR #549 against L2HE-INSP-FPFT in Service Request #473 by Adam G

I asked for Adam to make the change, it says that the FT was the cause of the leak when it is not and was only suspected to be the cause and that statement needs to be updated to state facts.

Please submit a QMS acceptable reason. “Update” doesn’t quite help us.

Is it missing data? Incorrect data? Wrong SN? Wrong disposition?



And has Liang or Anne agreed upon the change that will be made?
