[Pansophy] AUPCAV PEP document

Thank you Tiffany. Should I be concerned about the Document Number being different? In the template it's <Proj>-PL-XXX, but in the AUPCAV PEP it's just AUPCAV-PEP.
Also it looks like Naeem was trying to put something on a new page and just hit the enter key until it was. To make sure that isn't messed up in futher revisions, I'm going to use a page break. That should be the only change I'm making on my end, unless we need to do something about the aforementioned Document Number.

The PEP template (SRF-11-FM-001) is part of the Project Execution process owned by me.  The current PEP template can be found here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261229/SRF-11-FM-001%20Project%20Execution%20Plan%20Template.pdf>.  The PEP Traceability Form template (SRF-09-FM-001) that you link in your email below is part of the Inventory process owned by Phil Denny.
The AUPCAV PEP that you linked in your email below is in the appropriate template and is good to route for approvals.

Tiffany,

I was looking over the AUPCAV PEP before routing for approvals, and it looks a bit off. To start, we're not totally sure the document title is right. In addition, when I was comparing it to the PEP Traceability Form template in DocuShare, I came to the realization that either I'm comparing to the wrong template, or the AUPCAV PEP is vastly off template. Valerie instructed me to reach out to you and ask if you would please look it over and validate if it's good for approvals.
