[Pansophy] Project WCD Registers

Allen,

Do you need the version with the revision history for Pansophy related work? If so, that's fine, I was just asking that it be named something else.

The WCD Registers are to be updated with work or personnel changes according to the Project Execution process, they don't need to be updated or reviewed regularly.

Here’s what I can remember about this. Before WCDs were handed off to Project Coordinators, I was trying to get them updated. L2HE was one of the ones I managed to finish before having to stop. There was a miscommunication, and I was under the impression that they needed to be what was in Pansophy and docushare, not what pansophy and docushare were supposed to be. Meaning that approval names and NCR/D3 emails were changed to match the live documents. That was what the excel document is. The PDF is the one that went through the whole approval process and probably should be considered the most up to date live one. As it is over a year out of date, it is probably due for review.

Valerie,

Thanks.  I saw a similar one in PPU I think that's where I was trying to upload my approved WCD and there was the Pansophy version there already so I didn't want to override it, but now there's a duplicate.

Anne reminded me they used to be called Master Document List or something along those lines, I don't mind you having them, they should just be a different name than WCD Register (and probably don't call them a register since that's a QMS term).

We can discuss when Allen is back, thanks for hiding them for now.

I’m not sure. Allen is currently at an appointment, but I have asked for an update.

In the meantime, I moved all versions, except the PDF which is signed, into a folder called Obsolete Documents.

When I get the official version then I will update.

Valerie/Allen,

I was looking for the L2HE work control document register today and I noticed the "official" version is the one in pink dated 06-Feb-2023, but  a newer version in yellow was uploaded on 09-Aug-2023 that is the Pansophy version of the WCD register (with revision history) and there's another version in the "Draft WCD Register" folder that says "Pansophy Team adjustments to WCDRegister ".

This is really confusing to me who knows what's going on much less someone like a Traveler author who is just looking for the WCD Register without really knowing what they are looking for.

Do you think the name of the one Pansophy team uses for rev history or adjustments could be changed to something else like "Pansophy Document List" to differentiate it from the QMS WCD Register?
