The reports listed are only for reminding me to talk with Naeem. They are not to be listed on final register.

Hi Naeem and Valerie,

Thanks for working to get the WCD Register ready to issue.

I have a concern about the reports being listed on the WCD Register though; I think these reports are not “travelers or procedures” and are considered records that will be given to the customer. I think the reports should only be listed on the Records Register, and they should not appear on the WCD Register. If there is a reason that the reports need to be listed on the WCD Register though, please let me know so that we can discuss the impact to the Project Execution procedures.

I also have a question about the status boards listed in the WCD Register – are these travelers that will be listed under the Travelers menu in Pansophy or will they be under the Production menu? We have not previously listed status boards under the Production menu in the WCD Register but we do list process travelers (such as the ER5C-PRO-CAV traveler). If these status boards will be process travelers with authors and reviewers (and NCR / D3 names) then they should be listed in the WCD Register, but if they will not have these names associated with them then I think we need to discuss how / where best to list them.

Hi Valerie,

The new WCD is attached; I integrated the new nomenclature that you provided. Please take a look through and let me know if it needs changes. The authors are currently being reviewed

The only open question I had with my last discussion with Tony was regarding the two different serial numbers for Bare and Dressed cavities. This WCD still assumes that they would be identified separately (e.g. BARECSN and DRESDCSN) as opposed to using the single acronym (CAVSN). CAVSN can be used as long it allows two different serial numbers to exist within it, but Mike D had indicated that may not work.

I included the reports here; they are also in the Records register.

I would be happy to meet with you for that discussion. I'll be at a workshop most of tomorrow but I'm available all of next week.

Thanks,

Naeem

Naeem,

Tony and I spoke yesterday afternoon about the AUPCAV project. I understand that you are working on some changes to the WCD Register.

He mentioned that you two had not yet talked about the nomenclature for travelers/procedures.

I have taken your original copy and modified it to what would work best for the current Pansophy system and production floor (more of what production floor is used to seeing)

I would appreciate being able to discuss the changes I am suggesting and talk about how we can supply you with a way to monitor/oversee the project from your perspective.

I added a section at the top of the register to show what I think you are asking for in the way of status boards and reports.

When you have a few moments to discuss some options, we (the Pansophy Team) would like to have a meeting with you.

We are currently working on our Data Mining System and would appreciate discussing options with you to better improve the Pansophy System.

Thank You for Your Time and Considerations.
