Valerie,

This was the latest email I got regarding the HE documents. They're actually procedures that are missing the -PR-. How should I proceed?

Hey Allen,
I typically send you the Procedure with a note that says, change the acronym to fit your system as you see fit. All of the procedures are for upstream and downstream beamline work. It is performed twice, the first time at Work Station 5 (in that traveler) for configuring to test, then the second time in the shipping traveler configuring to ship. If you read the first few lines of the Procedure it does mention for testing or for shipping. Hope this helps.

John,

I've looked over the procedures, and was wondering if you could help me clear something up. We're trying to streamline the acronyms to make things more clear and concise. We think these procedures you've been putting out are related to the Supply and Return Pipes but aren't completely sure. Is this the case? If so, which is which in relation to your Downstream and Upstream procedure?

Allen

P.S. as a reminder, procedures have PR after the project in the acronym. I thought that these were travelers until I opened them up and got confused.

Allen,
They have been added to the approvals folder.

Ok in that case I will leave the 2 procedures currently in production as is. As for the other two, put them in ready for approvals and we'll give them a look over. Since the procedure the service request was about is approved, I'll go ahead and close it.

Allen,
There should be 4 procedure in all, 2 used at WS5 final assy and 2 used during shipping prep. See the attached. Might be where the mixup is?? I do not see the second 2 in the approved folder...uh oh

Allen,
I threw a name on them but asked you to adjust as you saw fit with the acronym listing. I have taken the approved ones and attached them to the WCD.

John,

I was going through our Pansophy Service Request system when I noticed a service request from mid-January I couldn't figure out and was hoping you could help me with. This isn't one that you sent out, but it does seem to be related to the procedures we put out last week. I'll post a screenshot of the service request, and then a transcript of the relevant areas for ease of reading.

Request Comments: sEE EMAIL ABOUT pROCEDURE FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO UPLOAD TO APPROVALS FOLDER.

PROG_NOTES (Progress Notes): VERIFY TEMPLATE, THEN ROUTE: L2HE-PR-CMA-DSBP-SHIP-R1. Previously named L2HE procedure review requestedL2HE-PR-CMA-DWNSTRM-BL-R1.docx; L2HE procedure review requested. find here https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57246.

Was this for the DWNSTRM procedure that we sent out, but under a different name? Did the name get changed at some point? If so, we need to make sure that the right name gets added to the next L2HE WCD revision, as neither are in the current one. Any clarity you can shine on this would be appreciated.
