[Pansophy] C100R-CAV-ASSY2 Procedures

Will do. One more question. I did update the link for the Cavity installation into test stand procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261226/C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD-R1.pdf> from the C100 procedure to the latest C100R procedure, but I also notice that there's an R2 in ready for approvals. Do you want that new revision to be the reference linked in the traveler?

Danny - last year we merged the ASSY and ASSY2 travelers since we were primarily only doing single assemblies of C100 cavities at this time. Do we need to revert back to separate ASSY and ASSY2 travelers? Or would you rather apply the changes you indicated to the current combined ASSY traveler?

Valerie - I believe the paragraph below indicates that the SRF-MSPR procedures must be periodically reviewed every 4 years. The two documents Allen calls out below were issued with 2 year periodic review dates. Can we have the traveler CAV ASSY traveler (either ASSY or ASSY2 based on Danny's response above) sent for approval while the MSPRs are updated? I do not believe that the periodic review of the MSPRs will cause any change to the MSPRs that would impact the assembly traveler. Can the hyperlink to the MSPRs be "administratively" updated after the traveler is issued?

Danny,

I was reviewing C100R-CAV-ASSY2-R3 before routing it for approval, and I noticed that the SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK and SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP procedures are both past their periodic review date. You're listed as the author on the Pump procedure, and David Savransky is listed for the leak procedure. Are we expecting a review of these master procedures in the near future? I'm not quite sure what the rules are for master procedures regarding putting them in new travelers/revisions past their periodic review date.
