Regarding the procedure template, I’ve been using the one in M-Drive not DocuShare, but I think they’re the same document. Is there one you would prefer me using that doesn’t have this problem?

See attached document for review.  I have revised the document to have the headers and footers, and to remove the unneeded sections.  I also updated the hyperlink on the referenced document (SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-CST-ION) to the latest revision.

Hi Allen,  If you are using the procedure template located here: https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57075.  You have to be careful when using this template because sometimes when the template approval page is deleted, it will also delete the header and footer on the procedure itself, which must then be manually added back.
