Yes, the two MSPRs are references for the C100R traveler I'm still working on.

Thank you for simplifying things, Tiffany. Between these documents and all the others going around, I was getting a bit confused.
Remind me, are either of those master procedures needed for the travelers? If so I’ll put them out first and make a note that the travelers need them.

To try to simplify the multiple email threads going on this topic, I’m listing the documents currently being revised below. Three of the documents are ready for approval now; one is still in progress.
Status of documents being discussed:
1. C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD-R2: Uploaded to C100R Ready for Approvals as Version 2 of C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD-R2.docx (link<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-284148/C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD-R2.docx>). This document is ready to be routed for approval.
2. C100R-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY-R4: Still working on this revision; hope to have ready for approval later today.
3. SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK-R2: Uploaded to SRF Master WCDs Ready for Approvals folder (link<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57580>) as version 4 of SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK-R2. This document is ready to be routed for approval.
4. SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP-R2: Uploaded to SRF Master WCDs Ready for Approvals folder (link<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-57580>) as version 1 of SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP-R2. This document is ready to be routed for approval.

In that case Tiffany I will terminate this traveler routing while the work is being done. Thanks for letting us know.

Hi All – I just talked to Danny about the C100R cavity assembly traveler. We need to update the C100R-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY traveler since it is currently the one in use. The C100R-CAV-ASSY2 traveler was “obsoleted” last year. Please hold on the work for this traveler. I will be making the change to the CLNRM-CAV-ASSY traveler and uploading for approval today.
As for the MSPRs, I am working on getting them updated for their periodic review. I may be able to have both the MSPRs ready for approval later today.

Will do. One more question. I did update the link for the Cavity installation into test stand procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261226/C100R-PR-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD-R1.pdf> from the C100 procedure to the latest C100R procedure, but I also notice that there’s an R2 in ready for approvals. Do you want that new revision to be the reference linked in the traveler?

Subject: RE: C100R-CAV-ASSY2 Procedures
Danny – last year we merged the ASSY and ASSY2 travelers since we were primarily only doing single assemblies of C100 cavities at this time. Do we need to revert back to separate ASSY and ASSY2 travelers? Or would you rather apply the changes you indicated to the current combined ASSY traveler?
Valerie - I believe the paragraph below indicates that the SRF-MSPR procedures must be periodically reviewed every 4 years. The two documents Allen calls out below were issued with 2 year periodic review dates. Can we have the traveler CAV ASSY traveler (either ASSY or ASSY2 based on Danny’s response above) sent for approval while the MSPRs are updated? I do not believe that the periodic review of the MSPRs will cause any change to the MSPRs that would impact the assembly traveler. Can the hyperlink to the MSPRs be “administratively” updated after the traveler is issued?

Subject: C100R-CAV-ASSY2 Procedures
Danny,
I was reviewing C100R-CAV-ASSY2-R3 before routing it for approval, and I noticed that the SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-LEAK and SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-PUMP procedures are both past their periodic review date. You’re listed as the author on the Pump procedure, and David Savransky is listed for the leak procedure. Are we expecting a review of these master procedures in the near future? I’m not quite sure what the rules are for master procedures regarding putting them in new travelers/revisions past their periodic review date.
