[Pansophy] Error message today

Hi Ashley,

It looks like no EICCRB or EICCELL travelers are in the system yet.  I'll check with the rest of the team to figure out how to remove these two from the dropdown (for now).

I was puling open travelers by month and got an error when I selected EICCRB and EICELL from the drop down menu.
